The darker side of medium roast is spot on for my morning routine—it’s bold but not bitter, and the East African beans give it a bright kick that cuts through the milk nicely. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and it holds up without turning harsh, even when it cools a bit.

Brewed a cup this morning and the Latin American beans give it a smooth, rich body that holds up even as it cools. The East African notes add a bright, fruity lift that I didn't expect from a darker medium roast. This is my new go-to for pour-over.
