Pulled a shot this morning and the crema was surprisingly rich for a pod, that Latin American and East African combo gives it a nice fruity kick without losing the body. It’s become my go-to for a quick espresso at home, even if I usually prefer pour-over.
The medium roast is spot on—smooth enough for a quick espresso shot but with enough body to stand up in a drip cup too. I’ve been brewing these for a week straight and every cup pulls clean with that nice East African brightness coming through.
