A different coffee is selected every month, and you will receive that coffee for the entirety of that time until the next roast is chosen. For example, if your subscription is delivered every week, you will receive the pick four times before the new blend is chosen.
The monthly roast swap keeps my mornings from getting boring, and I love that the same bag carries me through until the next selection lands. The last batch was a medium with a cocoa note that brewed beautifully in my French press.
The weekly delivery means I always have a fresh medium roast in the hopper, and not knowing which origin is coming next keeps my mornings interesting. Each bag so far has been perfectly dialed in for my drip brewer.
The rotation is fun, but I wish the roast date was printed on the bag since it's hard to tell how fresh my weekly beans are. That said, the variety alone keeps my mornings interesting, and the one-type-per-month format makes it easy to dial in my brew without constant tweaking.
