How We Like It: It’s extraordinary every way—french press, filter, or espresso
I’ve been rotating this through my espresso machine and it pulls a shot with that thick, honey-like crema you only get from really fresh beans. The medium roast keeps its sweetness even when I brew it as a cold brew overnight, which is rare to find. Solid bag for the price, no complaints here.
Pulled a shot with the medium roast this morning and the crema was thick and sweet, even without sugar. Works beautifully in my French press too, so this bag's getting used up fast.
The medium roast holds up beautifully in a French press, no bitterness at all. I’ve mainly used it for filter coffee so far, and it’s smooth every time. Only wish the bag came with a roast date printed on it, that’s my one nitpick.
