Every month, our roasters will select a different coffee from our collection and you will receive that coffee for the entirety of that time until the next roast is chosen. For example, if you want your subscription delivered every week, you will receive the pick four times before a new one is chosen.
All coffees are full-sized 12 oz boxes.

The monthly rotation keeps things interesting, though I wish the roast date was printed on the bag. The dark option this month has a nice smoky finish that works great with my French press.
The monthly rotation means I never get bored, and this month's dark roast was a nice, bold change of pace. Would love if there was an option to pick the exact roast profile each time, but the surprise of waiting for the next selection is half the fun.
