How We Like It: Straight up, to savor its complex flavors
The natural processing on these Catuai beans comes through beautifully—there's a rounded sweetness that makes the medium roast feel almost syrupy in the cup. I've been brewing it black every morning just to keep tasting that Cerrado character.
This is the first coffee I've brewed that actually tastes like the bag smells—that warm, slightly sweet Catuai sweetness hits right away. The medium roast is perfect for my morning mug, no bitterness at all. Definitely grabbing another bag after this one's gone.
