I pulled a double shot this morning and the crema was thick and sweet with that East African brightness coming through cleanly. Medium roast holds up beautifully in my drip brewer too, so this bag is going fast.
The blend of Latin American and East African beans gives it a nice layered character, and it pulls a surprisingly smooth espresso with a medium body. I'd give it five stars if the bag didn't run out so quickly for me.
