Brewed this in my French press this morning and the medium roast hits that perfect balance—smooth enough for black coffee but with a lively East African brightness that wakes you up properly. The beans ground beautifully and left almost no sludge at the bottom, which never happens with my usual bag.

The medium roast is perfect for my French press, and the blend of Latin American and East African beans gives it a smooth, balanced cup that’s become my morning ritual. Brews clean without any bitterness, even when I let it steep a bit longer than usual.

The Latin American and East African beans come through nicely in a French press—there's a subtle brightness that lingers without turning bitter. I wish the bag had a roast date printed on it, but the daily cup is solid enough that I've already ordered it again.
